Simi Valley Town Center is an upscale lifestyle center located in Simi Valley, California. The mall opened in 2005 with Macy’s and Robinsons-May as anchor stores. The Robinsons-May store was converted into a Macy’s Men’s and Home Store on September 9, 2006. The retail center is owned and operated by Forest City Enterprises. The complex was designed to look like a hillside Italian village by the architectural firm, F+A Architects.
With more than 100 shopping, dining and entertainment options, nowhere will you find more choices than at Circle Centre. And if you’re planning an overnight trip, seven hotels are connected to Circle Centre for a convenient stay.
The mall consists of over 100 stores on four levels and is anchored by three-level Nordstrom and Carson Pirie Scott stores. The third level features a food court. It currently contains a nine-screen United Artists movie theater. Buena Park Downtown, formerly Buena Park Mall, is an enclosed shopping mall located on La Palma Avenue in Buena Park, California, near the Knott’s Berry Farm theme park. Currently managed by Developers Diversified Realty, the mall is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Ross Dress For Less, Sears and Wal-Mart. DDR also owns the adjacent Buena Park Place shopping center, which features Petsmart, Office Depot and Kohl’s as primary tenants.
As of 2007 it is the 20th largest mall in Orange County around 1,100,000 square feet of retail space. It has languished in sales, however; at $123 million, it brings in half of other malls its size, such as Simon Property Group’s Westminster Mall and Westfield MainPlace.

Sinclair Centre is an upscale shopping mall in Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. It is located at 757 West Hastings Street between Granville and Howe streets. The centre comprises four buildings that were restored by Henriquez Partners Architects in 1986 at a cost of $38 million. The main post office was housed here from 1910 until the new one opened in 1958. The Post Office Building io s in an Edwardian Baroque style, combining English and French influences. It features an atrium clock consisting of four 12-foot diameter clocks built in 1909 and is the largest clock movement in Western Canada; the minute hands alone weigh 92 kilograms (202 pounds) each. In addition to the mall, the building has a seven floor office tower occupied by the federal government. The buildings that comprise the centre are the Post Office (1910), the handsome and architecturally esteemed Winch Building (1911), the Customs Examining Warehouse (1913), and the Federal Building (1937). The mall is home to elite boutiques such as Leone and L2 and Armani, and has a food court.
Wyoming Valley Mall is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, in the Endless Mountains region of the Pocono Mountains. The mall is easily accessible from interstates 80, 81 and 476. Wyoming Valley Mall has over 90 stores for shopping including anchors Sears, JC Penney, The Bon Ton and Macy’s.

Centre Rockland (known in English as Rockland Centre) is an upscale mall located at the intersection of the Metropolitan Boulevard and de L’Acadie Boulevard in Mount Royal, Quebec. The mall is owned and operated by the shopping centre development company Ivanhoe Cambridge, which is a principal real estate subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. The mall features three floors and has a glass elevator.
Centre Rockland has three floors but only its second and third floors serves mainly as shopping space.
The first floor, which in fact is the mall’s underground level, only has four tenants: Sports Expers (including it’s sub-banners Atmosphere and Hockey Experts), a Nautilus Plus fitness club, a Eggspectation restaurant and a Urban Planet shop. The second floor (or main floor) features boutiques, as well as anchors Linen Chest (part of the old Eaton space), Pharmaprix and long time tenant la Baie. Like the second floor, the third floor (or top floor) is comprised mostly of boutiques but also includes the mall’s food court. La Baie’s second floor is located on the mall’s top floor.
Friendly Center is a large, open-air shopping center located in northwestern Greensboro, North Carolina, at the intersection of Wendover Avenue and Friendly Avenue. The shopping center opened in August 1957. With its unusual sector design, Friendly Center is essentially an outdoor lifestyle center. Its anchor tenants include Belk, Macy’s, and Sears. Other tenants include Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, The Grande Theatre a 16-screen multiplex cinema operated by Consolidated Theatres of Charlotte, and a number of national retailers such as Banana Republic and Victoria’s Secret.

The Mall of Louisiana is a 1.6 million square foot, two-level enclosed super regional mall and includes an outdoor lifestyle center, a power center and a Rave movie theater. Cross Creek Mall is a regional shopping mall located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on the 401 Bypass between Morganton Road and the All-American Freeway. The mall contains over 100 stores and covers over 1,000,000 sq ft (93,000 m2). of retail space. Its anchors include Belk, Macy’s, J. C. Penney, and Sears. The mall is owned by CBL & Associates Properties.
Rivergate Mall (officially RiverGate) is a shopping mall located in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Built in 1971, the mall originally included three anchor stores: JCPenney, Cain-Sloan, and Castner Knott. A wing featuring Sears, dozens of new parcels, and a food court was added in 1989. Another renovation in 1999, in anticipation of new competition from Opry Mills, resulted in new furnishings and carpeted floors everywhere except the food court. At this time, the mall’s name officially changed from Rivergate Mall to RiverGate.
The mall currently has four anchor stores: Sears, Dillard’s (the former Cain-Sloan), JC Penney, and Macy’s (the former Castner-Knott). The mall property is owned and managed by CBL & Associates Properties. RiverGate has over 150 stores and over 5,200 parking spaces located on and around the mall property.

International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa, FL is an enclosed, two-story regional shopping center with an adjacent outdoor lifestyle center, is located on the southeast edge of the Tampa International Airport.
